How to make your own Home made Westshore Pizza

Ingredients-
Dry Yeast (the most important!)
  • ·         4 cups bread flour
  • ·         Olive oil- 2 tablespoons
  • ·         Salt to taste-2-3 teaspoons
  • ·         Sugar-1 teaspoon
  • ·         Corn or oatmeal
  • ·         Shredded cheese-the best is Mozarella
  • ·         Well sliced Mushrooms
  • ·         Pepperoni
  • ·         Tomato sauce
  • ·         Warm water



 First of all make the dough with flour, warm water that has been sprinkled with yeast. Then mix the olive oil, salt and sugar to the dough. Keep on kneading the dough till it is soft and smooth and this may take a little more than 10-15 minutes. Make sure that the flour is not wet or else the pizzas will turn out to be pasty. Then oil the sides of a bowl and place the dough on it. This will make sure that the dough is covered in oil and doesn’t stick to the bowl. Then cover the dough with a wrap and let it sit out as it rises in size due to the yeast. After that keep it aside and start making the desired toppings. After some time remove the wrapping and the pizza dough to make it softer and release the gases. Take the dough and flatten it and then turn it and stretch it once again. Then apply some olive oil and sprinkle the toppings and bake for around 10-15 minutes.  Then let it cool and after that cut it into slices and enjoy.
